1 General Introduction and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply between the 73bd platform ("Platform", "Site", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member"). By using 73bd's website, mobile version, and all associated services, you are automatically considered to have accepted these terms.

These terms apply to users in Bangladesh. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the 73bd platform.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use any service on the 73bd platform, you must be at least 21 years of age. The platform may request necessary documents for age verification at any time.

2.2 Account Policy

• Each user may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found, 73bd reserves the right to close all of them.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, you must notify the support team immediately.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to another person.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

In the interest of secure transactions, 73bd may request necessary documents for identity verification, proof of address, or payment method verification at any time. Failure to provide such documents in a timely manner may result in temporary or permanent suspension of the account.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Methods

73bd currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• The platform does not charge any additional fees for deposits; however, your bank or mobile banking provider's own charges may apply.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed until account verification is complete.
• 73bd reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal during investigation if fraud or a breach of rules is suspected.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% bonus is offered on the first deposit at 73bd, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. Alternatively, a deposit of ৳14,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, bringing the total balance to ৳22,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not the deposit and bonus combined). Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳24,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• Wagering must be completed within a set time period after the bonus is activated.
• Some games may not count fully or partially toward wagering contributions.
• If irregular betting patterns are detected after a bonus has been claimed, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Multiple bonus offers may not apply at the same time.

4.3 Bonus Abuse Policy

Using multiple accounts, providing false information, or applying bonus arbitrage strategies to unfairly claim bonus benefits is strictly prohibited. If such activity is proven, the account will be closed and all bonuses and related winnings will be cancelled.

5 VIP Program

73bd's VIP program has three tiers. Progression to a higher tier depends on your activity and play history on the platform.

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.

VIP benefits may change at 73bd's discretion. VIP membership is non-transferable. The platform reserves the right to cancel a VIP tier in the event of a rule violation.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 73bd platform:

• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or ineligible person.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Playing games using software bots, automation tools, or artificial intelligence.
• Hacking or attempting to cause any damage to the platform's systems or software.
• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other members.
• Opening or operating an account by providing false or incorrect information.
• Corrupt or manipulative gaming activity.

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, 73bd will be entitled to immediately close the account, seize the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

7 Fair Play and Security

All games on the 73bd platform are operated to ensure fair play. We use SSL encryption to keep your personal information and financial transactions secure.

• All game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
• The platform is not biased toward any party.
• If betting or gaming is disrupted due to a technical issue, the platform will make every effort to resolve it.
• If any suspicious activity is detected, transactions or the account may be temporarily suspended for the purposes of investigation.

The 73bd platform is not liable for any gaming losses. Use of the platform is entirely at your own risk. The platform will not be liable in the following cases:

• A game session cancelled due to loss of internet connection.
• Delays or failures by third-party payment methods.
• Consequences of a user leaving account information unsecured.

12 Account Closure and Termination

73bd reserves the right to close an account without prior notice for breach of terms and conditions, fraud, illegal activity, or any reasonable cause.

13 Dispute Resolution

14 Changes to Terms

15 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the responsible gaming policy together form the entire agreement between 73bd and the member. No prior oral or written promise will supersede this agreement.
